QUALIFICATIONS: WOMEN AGE 21–65 RESIDING IN THE CAPITAL REGION OF NEW YORK. (ALBANY, COLUMBIA, FULTON, GREENE, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SARATOGA, SCHENECTADY, SCHOHARIE, WARREN, AND WASHINGTON)
GRANT RECIPIENTS MUST FILL OUT A W9 AND WILL BE ISSUED A 1099 AT THE END OF THE YEAR.
